Laughter Yoga combines unconditional laughter with yoga breathing techniques. Anyone can laugh for no reason, without relying on humor, jokes or comedy. We begin by doing Laughter exercises in a group, and as people make eye contact and engage their playful spirit, it soon turns into real and contagious laughter. The concept of Laughter Yoga is based on a scientific fact that the body cannot differentiate between fake and real laughter; one gets the same physiological and psychological benefits. Just fifteen minutes of hearty laughter can have lasting health benefits for up to 24 hours!
